Submit the best photo you have of your furry friend. | |||

Submit a one page description of why you think your pet should be selected. In this description include the pet's age, breed, color, name and any other details that you think would be helpful. Include tricks and special commands they might know. | |||

Submit the one page description (in a MSWord 97 or older format) and the picture (in a .jpg picture format) by the deadline date. | |||

All winners selected will be featured in our annual Calendar of Stars that will be sold nationwide to help raise funds for The Meow Bow Wow Fund. So, what are you waiting for? Our deadline is the 15th of each month. So get your entry for Pet of the Month in now! Send your submissions to contest@wellpetusa.org. All submissions must include the pet parent's full name, mailing address, telephone number and email. All winners must have the consent of their parents to appear on our website and sign a release. All decisions are final. |
